Should I really have failed L2 (band 10)? someone, through, failed, really, please

Before I spend $100 to retabulate my score, can someone please give me some feedback on my score for level 2? I have read through some of the other threads and I honestly feel like I did just as well (or bad) as some of the people who passed.
