luckily i still have this information. the following pages of the 2008 schweser books are not applicable to the 2009 exam:

BOOK 2: 171-175, 186-199
BOOK 3: 134-203(end 38.b), 204-205(end 38.d), 212-215(end 38.h), 220-237(end 39.g). 282-305
BOOK 4: 186-239
BOOK 5: 85-90

since they added new sections, you'll have to read those from the textbook
