Direct is FC C and IRP is F=S(1+r(FC)) / (1+r(DC)).
BUT, the CFAI material is TERRIBLE, they mix FCC and DC:FC in their samples when trying to explain IRP, which is confusing enough as it i I’m going to write them a letter about it after the exam. |
