the level 1 exam paper is somewhat of the same level of difficulty as the Mock.....
The text book questions for some subjects like Fixed Income and Equity are very good...but they are not as good in Eco....so its good if u do textbook questions and schweser Qs, and most importantly the schweser practice tests.....they are very important...

I did not find the schweser Qbank that useful....the questionns are not that difficult or saying in another way...they are way too simple...except for a few...

My opniion is that the most important of all is undertanding the subject to the core...Trust me if u r good with the subjects you need not pratice anything(except ethics) .....Read articles on bloomberg and question them to your frens and co workers..
