Difference between Corporate Finance and Financial Managemen difference, principles, budgeting, financing, investing

i see there is huge overlap in both 3 basic principles - investing,financing and dividend. Then in both we have capital strcuture,capital budgeting , dividend policy etc. So what is difference of any ?
