Only schedule that can work is your own. In my opinion success on the exam does not depend that much on how you structure your preparation as on how you carry out your good intentions.
My recommendation would be to spend some time on revision before moving to the next book and do all the end of chapter examples continuously, even though some of them just in head without calculating exact numbers.
Otherwise there are a lot of threads on this topic if you search a bit.
