Used the videos for CFA L2 book 1, promotional material from Schweser until I receive results for my CFA L1 exam (gave it in December '10). The videos are excellent. $499 for CFA L2, not sure what the cost is for CFA L1 though.

Their benefit to you would depend on your individual style of learning. I read the material in the Schweser notes first and then reviewed through the videos. I personally feel im very likely to retain the material to memory.

As a study tool I think its excellent and will be purchasing it once I receive my L1 results.
