Defensive Ratio - CFAI - FSA - Earnings Quality
| I’m trying to understand the calculation for the defensive ratio detailed on pg 328 of CFAI (FSA - Earnings Quality). Can anyone help me understand the calculation? Specifically, the daily operating expense (denominator). Thanks! |
