The item sets in the required reading (pages 118-126) are Killer. These are very similiar to what can be expected on the exam.
*Spoiler Alert*
On question #31…. Apparently you can look for information regarding tender offers on blogs and it’s not considered inside information because being on the internet is “Pubically deciminated.”
Wow. So I guess to CFAI material nonpubic information is only transmitted through overhearing people talk on the elevator. LOL. What a joke ethics is.
