Equity Value from Firm Value
Quick Question:
#57 In CFA AM Mock.
I got the Firm Value from FCFF method. great.
To get the Equity Value, they subtract LT Debt from FCFF. OK, what about Current Liabilities? Do we just pretend they aren’t there? WTF? |
