I didn't pass... I want to prepare for 2013. Please read... 2013, registered, however, current

I’m very sure I didn’t pass Level 1. I’d like to start my preparation for Level 1 in June right now. I’m wondering however if I can just use my current Schweser 2012 books for the time being or if I should get the 2013 ones.
Also, will the CFAI send me out new curriculum books when I’ve registered for the next exam? Thanks.
