I believe you will be appearing in Dec 2010 L1. I am in the same boat.
I am planning to take the Dec 2010 Level 1 exam.

I will start studying for Level 2 only after I get the Level 1 result in January. Don't want to start studying for L2 until I am sure that I passed L1.
