This time ethics was difficult and couple of questions wee ambigous. So you did ok in ethics. The best way you could study ethics is read almost daily say during commute or lunch hour etc. I think q 7 and 9 in the morning were like freebies where you could have got > 70 like many people which would have put you on the pass side. My suhhestion would be in the morning session before start answering have aquick 3 minute review of all questions and this could help you identify easier questions in the end. Many people run out of time or had to really rush when they get to last 2-3 questions and end up not completing easier ones. The bottomline is after completing the Individual and Institutional IPS go for the low hanging fruits i.e. easier questions which are generally towards the end. The IPS questions generally take 10 -15 % more than the allocated time to complete them and the excess time can be offset by completing the easy questions. By then you would have completed 4 to 5 queations well out of 9 questions which would make you closer to the pass line ( hoping you do the afternoon well).

Coming to the PM you could adopt the same strategy after first competing the 2 ethics questions. However you have to be extremly cafeful while bubbling the answers. Good luck and best wishes.

Thanks
