Saw a lot of threads. i think i am a little confused by AF. Usually AF clear my confuse.


Equity-Proportional-Consolidation: NI & Equity are the same (dont consider minority interest )

If consider, Consolidation's equity will be higher. NI is still the same.

For full and partial goodwill under Consolidation, full goodwill is larger on asset and equity!
