Correction on Cash Flow Accruals Ratio
Schwaser recorded the equation for cash flow based accruals wrong.
The correct equation is (NI - CFO + CFI)/(NOA end - NOA beg)/2
NOT (NI - CFO - CFI)/(NOA end - NOA beg)/2 as reported in Schwaser |
