I'm at a non traditional employer for actuaries - there's only 2 of us here. There isn't any need (or demand) for me to finish it while I'm here. If at some point in the future my employer desires it (read: finances and rewards it), I'd consider it, but that won't happen here. I'm happy to be done studying for a little while (as is my wife)!
