BSAS Question Because, question, afternoon, only

For anyone who took the BSAS Mock...I have a Q for ya.

Quesion 27 in the afternoon section. Why isn't the answer 58%= .40+ (1-.40)(.30)?

What am I missing here? Is it because they only pay out 50%?


Just found another one inthe equity section....question 33. Why did they only subtract out the 2 millon? Because it was the change? The info stated they needed $20 in working capital? I think I just answered my own question
