Level 3 Registration register, 2011, website

Does any one know if we can register for the Level 3 now?

On the CFAI website it says:
Available now June 2011 exam registration opens

However, when I click on it, I get my personalized page, but no link to register..

I want to register and get it out of the way until the end of the year..Plus avail of the lower exam fees.
