Direct vs Indirect Quotes present, foreign, correct, currency

I wanted to get clarification on how if the test uses both direct or indirect quotes. Also, I want to make sure I have them down.

(a/b) = 1.5 means that 1.5 units of a buys 1 unit of b

(a:b) = 1.5, means that 1.5 units of b buys 1 unit of a,
if a is foreign currency it is a direct quote, if b is foreign currency it is indirect

Is this correct?

Are there any other ways that they might present a quote that I didn't list?
