I always got >70% on Ethics all through the Levels. The key to me was always LOTS of practice questions (schweser CFAI ). But in the END, you really have to get a feel for the questions and where they are trying to lead you astray because they are trying to screw with you somehow and make you think it's OK when it isn't. To be honest they were the same year in and year out. I always sided on caution and if there was any ambiguity I always went for the strictest interpretation. There is no grey when it comes to CFAI ethics. It's black or white. Hope this helps.
