Performance tracker in Q-Bank useful, proving, minimum, possible, remember

I seem to recall from level 1 that you could use the performance tracker for cumulative results to all the exams you've done, but I can do only do it at the test level so far. Anyone have any insight on this? I remember it being useful for proving out what readings you were weak in.

I've only done 180 questions, is it possible there is a minimum amount of tests I need to complete first?
