suppose if you are an analyst who covers a company x. you are invited to attend the conference which is hosted by company x and its in remote location. by accepting the travel arrangement, aren't you violating the standard?

I thought I saw very similar example except this was a company like I stated above. by accepting the travel arrange, you were subject to violation.

This is confusing.
