One sponsor needs to be your immediate supervisor and the other needs to be a charterholder in the society that you plan to join. Unless you don’t have a supervisor or for some reason can’t ask your supervisor.
I am not sure but I think they would approve you as an affiliate member and you’d need to upgrade- it might make sense to wait 2 months and do it all at once.
I have 2 years of experience left to get and I have no idea whether I should apply or not.
