use the wieghted time average
(1) 1,000,000* 12/12= 1,000,000
(2) 10,000*6/12*20= 100,000 (because the shares were hold only for 6 months out of 12 and the is the conversion ratio is 20 to 1)
Now you do (1)+(2)= 1,100,000
