Dont have the books in front of me but I remember Ethics at L2 introduced: Soft Dollar Standards, Old/New Prudent Investor Rule, and the Research Objectivity Standards.

From what I remember on the exam (wrote L2 this past June), the material tested seemed similiar if not identical to the ethics stuff on L1. And I dont remember GIPS being mentioned in the L2 books either.
