I always liked this one from years ago… comparing level 1 to level 2.  level 3 IMO isn’t much harder than level 2, so these pretty much sum it up for me.  my favorite is the one that says:
“Level one is like a walk in the park with an ice cream cone that you spill on yourself; a little annoying, but not too bad.
Level two is like the first 15 minutes of saving private ryan”
