It's already starting to reduce business as clients early-adopt. The good news is that my clients are increasingly granting complex performance awards that require lattice or MC models to value, so they don't know how to do themselves. I've been pretty successful at getting premium fees because the low cost providers generally don't have the expertise to even bid.
