I remembered to bring a wristwatch to the exam only becuase somebody on this board reminded me (I stopped wearing one a few months ago -- got used to using my phone to check the time). So I went and found my watch, but the battery had died, so the afternoon before the exam I had it replaced (also had my calculator battery replaced).

Talk about an essential move before the exam! Time management was crucial in the AM session.
