Passme, I think that you are taking the right approach...
I'm a retaker and I'll use Finquiz/Stalla to drill in questions non-stop as I continue reading the books (i.e. to facilitate retention) but I'll do EOC questions and all Samples embedded in the readings on the weeks leading up to the exam...
