According to the questions above,i suppose we should take the inflation rate as the annual rate of the general price increase,ie,we use the multiple rate approach.
2 the two approaches only differs in that the later counts the effect of inflation on the interest.and usually we use the first quotation to simplify the calculation process.that'all. |
