请问 cfa member在他的report里直接用从bank或者国家统计局的网站上面下载的数据，这些数据是事实统计数据。这种情况下member需要quote这些数据的来源吗
因为我清楚的记得有些数据或者information不用quote，可以直接用。但是现在做到的上面所述的题目又说要quote了。
文中说"he often incorporate statistical data he obtained from the web sites of World Bank and Central Banks of the various countries into the body of his research reports, while not indicated the source of data."这里答案说是violation， 为什么呢
