上午第一题的收益率大家算出来是多少阿？   我算的13.45

 

cash requirement 45000 + 20000（不知道从portfolio取钱的税要不要在这里算阿）

base 1 million

算出来6.5 然后乘1.04的 inflation  完了减1 除以 (1-0.2)的tax

我也是在这个associated tax 上面挣扎了好久， 不知道是这个tax 是 associate with the mortgage 还是 associated with the withdrawal. 就差这两万块 tnnd 是不是有点太绕了。。。
