your experience will be reviewed by CFAI first,which usually takes as short as a week;

and then your profile will be forwarded to your local society/chapter for review and that can take a variety of days - in NY, it takes a month or longer than that if you miss the monthly meeting time; and in other places, it takes two weeks or so.But it varies from places to places.
