挑两个个我懂的交流一下，其他的也不是很懂

（1）a higher persistence factor is associated with a low dividend payout ratio, and vice versa. A high return on equity is associated with a lower persistence factor. 怎么理解这两句话？

认同 mythralf， 两句话摆一起看起来确实别扭，g = b * (ROE)解释第一句； reverting effect of earning 解释第二句

（2）Committed capital与invested capital的区别是什么？（在PE里面计算manager的carried interest时）
Committed capital出现好像主要是为了计算carried interest，是GP要达到的规模；invested capital是开始有的钱吧
