上海考的L3,整体感觉上午时间不够用，下午题目倒还行，但是还是有很多陷阱的......
印象中，上午：tobin q那个貌似是2.23, IPS个人那个return应该用IRR算吧，不过后面那个normal expense没算进去，感觉是个trap, 最后算下来，2.91%多？不是太确定。
印象比较深的是那个算bond,equity future, 算了4组，然后综合出来模糊记得short了115个equity future long了30个bond.............  后面那题0.53milprofit............................
下午，记得选了above average, 101,000反正最小的spending,relative value,1.11, irrevocable discretionary, 因为那老人好像不想让他孩子随便花钱..... VaR那个选了中间那个， 那个quality chart,有点晕，估计错了，选了change investment process, 最后考的都是alternatives, 记得有选decision risk exposure, investment process, unbiased sharpe ratio, survivorship。。。。higher fee for FOF..........

那个trust应该选fix，discretionary是trust决定,他爸爸只能给general wish。最后一题alternative fo ...

    哦，大概我错了，我只是从他父亲不想让他儿子来控制trust的角度去考虑了，所以dicretionary其实是trustee来实施的。
    FOF,因为有2层cost, 所以认为这是主要disadvantage。
    那题我取decision risk exposure,是考虑如果他卖掉股票后10个mil去做其他投资了，如果在过程中他突然想自己创业，就破坏了原来的投资结构，这种转变我觉得是decision risk.
    同意阿，其实还是有难度的，要吃得很透才行。

    是啊，后来时间很紧张，那个是又要变Beta, duration，又要换组合比率........ 我最后1题option反正是放弃了，呵呵

另外，8080版的下午最后一个Alternative 的好像跟7070差别挺大的。。
第一题问的是哪个人哪个特征不能投资a ...

貌似我算H model的也是1200多，Tobin'q 2.23还是2.32忘记了，长期应该降低
下午alternative那个题目我选的 ...

从NOTE上看到这段,  是不是那题该选 irrevocable discretionary trust? 题目有没有说那老人一定要定额分配阿？  With a discretionary trust, the trustee determines how the assets are to be distributed.
