L2 Mock 【PM】 Q8, Q11, Q30 face, principal, assets, period, correct

请问各位有关这三题，我百思不得其解，Please help me!

 

Q8：A&C有错吗？我怎么看都是Ｂ有错

　　Lock-out period, Non-amortizing assets不是也可以收到principal repayment

　　吗？我看解答的说法是这样，可是答案却是Ｂ(correct)，不知各位高见？

 

Q11：B/S Transaction 不是remove asset吗？怎么会是remove debt instrument？

 

Q30：Int的算法，解答=1/2*30,000*8.5%=1,275

     不是应该是0.4吗 (finances 40% by debt)？请问这个1/2代表什么呢？

第八题「题目」

All principal repayments from the collateral are distributed as received to the security holders for amortizing assets, but only after the lockout period for non-amortizing assets.

「选项Ｂ」应该有错

因为for non-amortizing assets在revolving period是可以取得repayments
