求助！！！update professional profile的错误 like, following, occurred, message

我在update professional profile后点finish就出现 error message：

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists. If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)(SBL-EXL-00151) 怎么办啊？？

 其中有一些问题，比如describes the primary type of investments you work with，由于我现在没有从事这类工作，我就选的NA。但我发现，不选NA就没有error message，选了就有。

不知道别人有没有这个情况？
