[CFA Level 3] 问几个三级的不确定的题 funds, should, material, reasonable

 1.道德的有个是选nonpublic material 还是no reasonable basis

2.道德最后一个是should disclose all funds 还是yes

3.有个选择方法要求minimize the tax and turnover的，是optimization还是stratified

有人知道上午第一题5小题的tax defer-taxable account 的buy and sell strategy 到底应该怎么选吗？？

 FULL REPLICATION , notes 上说仅仅在指数组合变化时才rebalance，最经常rebalance的我认为是利用market model的optimization,所以这个turn over最高

600个股没有超出full relication的范围，小于1000个股都可以用full relication, 为了降低tax和turnover，optimization是最不合适的

因为frequent rebalancing会导致high turnover cost, 所以least appropriate

因为客户要求Passive Exposure。full replication就是最passive，所以active optimization更不适合

我的回答是 FULL REPLICATION,因为是minimize tax and turnover 没说minimize costs

还有最后一个我选的yes

是的full replication最不合适。。。600个股。。。全部买 cost太大

optimization, notes上说它‘leads to frequent rebalancing", 所以turnover和tax都大

是问最不合适的方法，所以选full 的那个
