Has anybody seen the post on newyork craigslist about the ipod / iphone audiobook (search "cfa ipod")? It's the audio extracted from the schweser videos with each slide equal to one audiobook chapter (with the slide image as the picture). so you see the slides change along with the audio and have a table of contents, etc. It seems like all you lose from the videos is the ability to see the head of the person talking.
