When does the pass rate come out?

remember, website, before
last year i remember it was on the website before 2pm GMT.

June 2013 Exam Pass Rates
Level 1 - 38%
Level 2 - 43%

It’s in the email and on the CFAI website. They also issue a press release I think.

Isn’t the pass rate out with the same email?
At least level 1 was like this: Congratulations……this year xx% of candidates passed……
