     对于法院的一审结果，我想说的是，行政诉讼法不是政府做秀的手段，实事证据摆在那里，法院不对具体行政行为进行审查，而以“事实与原告没有利害关系为由，不具有原告诉讼主体资格”驳回起诉。
   
     建好5年的房屋地基给别人损毁了，还与我没有利害关系。哪什么叫利害关系？
   
     真是应了广大网民的一句话。“你跟政府讲法律，政府跟你耍流氓。”

     也就是韩寒那句话嘛  “现阶段主要矛盾是人民日益增长的智商和官员们不断下降的道德之间的矛盾”
