     鄙人过了L2，正在准备L3，FIXE INCOME的确有很多细节的东西，关于楼主提的区别，如果我没有记错的话应该是关于确定收益率曲线方面的内容。on the run issue指的应该是新近发行的债券、尤其是美国国债；而off the run issue应该指的是已经发行过一段时间、已在二级市场上流通较长时间的债券，这类债券又被称为seasoned securities。http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/seasoned_security.asp
