In Euro, the gross base salary is roughly 51K. As Pauluss said, Pension and Healthcare insurance are provide by the company. They told me that monthly transports and foods expenses are subside by 50%.
I'm not paying big attention on the gross salary only because the opportunity is perfect. I think, the negociation margin will be bigger after the level 3 in June 2012.
Someone in Paris can give some advise on that please.
