Exam ticket - problems with printing

Hi all,

When I print my exam ticket (both at home and at work), all the candidate number/name/ test cent address etc. turn out to be scribbled. I am using firefox. Do others have this issue?

FireFox problem. Like Malaywer100 said, PDF first, then print.

Don't use firefox. That's the problem. Use IE or Chrome.

its your printer driver

use another printer or try to pdf it first

another way would be screenshot, scissor out correctly and then print that

otherwise, call IT-help ;-)
