Sergei Gonchar is hte chairman of the ACME Futures Exchange, which seeks to launch a new bond futures contract. In order to convince investors, traders, arbitragers, hedgers, and so on, to use its contract, the exchange attempts to demonstrate that it has the best liquidity. To do so,it enters into agreements with members so that they commit to a substantial minimum trading volume on the new contract over a specific period in exchange for substantial reductions on their regular commisions.

Bond future contract是什么?债券期货合约么?如果是的话后面说“对新合约在一段时间内保证很高的最低交易量”是什么意思?交易所怎么去保证？？
前面一直在谈流动性问题，最后怎么又扯上“降低佣金”了?这是什么逻辑关系？

这应该是道德里的一道题目，讲的是债券期货合约的问题．该合约发起人（也就是交易所）为了向市场显示该合约的流动性，和交易所会员之间签定协议，让这些会员交易这些合约，并在一段时间内保持最低的交易量，这样就使该合约显得流动性较好，从而吸引更多的市场参与者来交易该新期货合约，交易的人多了，产品的流动性就好了，新产品就算成功了．
承诺降低佣金是会员交易该合约并保证最低交易量的交换条件，否则会员干吗没事去给它保证交易量呢？这就是你帮我一下，我帮你一下的关系
