答案说we fail to reject the null hypothesis of no positive serial correlation.意思就是no positive correlation是对的。
为什么后面又接着说 when serial correlation is present , the sd is underestimated????这不是自相矛盾吗？？

这题真让人费解。书上p383上明明说，when the DW 大于du，是fail to reject的。
notes上用的方法虽然不同，但是1.9566是介于du和4－du之间，也应该是fail to reject。

因为positive corr的话，error term趋向于一个跟着一个，这样的话，波动性就比较小，比较靠近，所以会underestimate sd

negative corr的话，下一个error term跟上一个error term的方向一般期望它相反，这样的话，波动性就打了，所以会overestimate sd

答案是错的。1.9566》1.73，推出FAIL TO REJECT NULL。所以没有SERIAL CORRELATION。

不是啊，在0—dl和du-4之间不是reject么？1.9566不是超过了du（1.73）。所以应该是reject啊。
