Its very much comprehensible.. If u have trouble comprehending it, I suggest u start working on ur comprehending abilities as soon as possible or else ur going to get nowhere....

You could start by writing comprehensible English. I don't think that would get you past L3.

I wouldn't start studying for L2 any later than mid January but, it all depends on your education, background, work exp, etc...If you can put in 300hrs from April to June then that works as well.
