I agree that private investers are not well educated for investing in money market. A reliable agency to provide service and explain it to the investors could play a key role here.

我觉得主要原因是老百姓缺少这方面的金融知识，1是最主要的原因，为了保险起见，往往选择银行存款。 如果希望有高回报的，则一般都选择了股票投资，还是金融知识贫乏的原因吧。我同意zhuzhujuli说的，国内的金融机构徒有其表！！

I have been working for a wealth management firm in the states for a coupe of years.  Market is segmented and even customers are.  I don't think our customers are mature enough to play now, and maybe we should wait for another 2 to 3 years.
