postion是short call+gold inventary+gain on short=gold invertary×开始price

后来条件变了，position就变了啊，fair value hedge,derivative要mark to market的，不是卖掉就没事了

黄金的题目，前两问都是问gain or loss吧？如果是的话，就不要考虑期权费用本身价格的变化了。一级里面讲的g/l，不就是payoff加上原来期权的费用么？

我觉得Economies of scope 是对的，因为合并后两个牌子的啤酒都可以打入对方的市场了，扩大了整个市场，而且还可能有一些其他的synergy。而learn curve，刚合并后肯定造成一开始效率的缓慢的啊，所以是negative的，我是这么想的

感觉大家交流来交流去,其实很多题目还是拿不准的,特别是定性的题目.

 

很难讲谁是标准答案呀,就等CFA协会来评判了.

每年看Clawback，虽然PE看长期回报，但是不是PE企业的每个投资目标都是同一年exit的，所以还是需要每年clawback，而且按deal by deal评估
