Turnover and taxes should, profit, annual, instead, following

Hi guys

How does this work, would the following be ok?
I have a 10$ portfolio, with 40% annual turnover and 30% taxe rate
=> taxe would be 10*0.4*(1-0.3) ??
Or should I use profit instead?
